  • Improve communication: Developing the ability to share ideas, give feedback and communicate effectively with teammates, coaches and volunteers.

This initiative comes at an exciting time for Cairn Community Games, with 2027 marking 60 years of Community Games. As the organisation celebrates this milestone, the programme provides an opportunity to support and develop the next generation of young people who will play an important role in the future of sport and their communities.

Orna Murray, co-founder of Move2B commented ‘’We are absolutely delighted to be partnering with Community Games to launch the Young Female Leadership Programme as part of their 60th Anniversary celebrations. It’s an incredibly exciting opportunity to support and empower the next generation of female leaders, giving young women the confidence, skills and encouragement to believe in themselves and their ability to make a difference.’’

The programme welcomes participants of all levels of experience with an interest in leadership, taking an active role in sport and gaining skills that can support your development both on and off the pitch.
