As part of your Area, County, and Provincial Affiliation (January to December), insurance cover is included for our national programme of events, along with select additional activities.
Our priority is to provide a fun and safe experience for children, and we are committed to ensuring that all activities meet the highest safety standards. For any events outside of the national programme, permission must be sought using the designated form below and there may be a surcharge or loading applied by our insurance provider depending on the associated risk.
A risk assessment is required for all events to guarantee safety and compliance.
Please note that certain high-risk activities are not covered by our insurance policy, even with prior permission.
