Notes

  • All panel members present at National Festival should participate.
  • Size 5 Ball.
  • Rolling Substitutions will be the method used.
  • Shin-guards must be worn by all players.

Additional Notes

This is a Provincial event. Your Team first qualifies at County level before progressing to Provincial.

  1. Pitch dimensions: 65 metres by 35–40 metres where possible.
  2. Goal size: 5 metres by 2 metres.
  3. Goal area: 9 metres by 23 metres.
  4. Penalty spot: 8 metres from the goal line.
  5. Seven players from each team allowed on the field of play at any one time (7-a-side). One player from each team must play as goalkeeper.
  6. The game will be 25 minutes each half with a 5-minute half-time break.
  7. No offside rule.
  8. For free kicks, the opposing players must be at least 5 metres from the ball.
  9. Penalty kicks shall be taken from a mark 8 metres from the goal line.
  10. Throw-in from the touchline: The opposition must retreat at least 5 metres from the ball.
  11. Goal kicks are taken from the ground anywhere inside the penalty box.
  12. In the event of a draw, two periods of 10 minutes are to be played.
  13. Penalties apply in the event of a draw after extra time.
