Team, ​Panel of 6 Boys / Panel of 6 Girls (Separate Competitions) Minimum 4 must play.

All panel members present at National Festival should participate.

Additional Notes

This is a Provincial event. Your Team first qualifies at County level before progressing to Provincial.

  • All matches will be played in accordance with the International Badminton Federation rules except where amended by Community Games Rules.
  • A team of 4 must field at commencement of match otherwise the team is disqualified.
  • The format of the match will be two Singles & one Double. A player may only play in either a Singles or Doubles.
  • Each match will consist of the best of 3 games of 21 points.
  • The umpires/referee must be given in writing before the match the order in which members of each team will play. The order may be changed for subsequent matches.
  • The umpire/referee's decision in all games is final.
