Age
- Under 10/Over 8 – 60 metres
- Under 14/Over 12 – 80 metres
Notes
- 1st place from County qualifies directly to National Finals.
- 2nd and 3rd place proceed to a Regional Qualifier.
- Top 3 from Regional Qualifier advance to National Finals.
Additional Notes
- Under 10: There will be 4 hurdles, each 45cm high, spaced 10 metres apart, with a 15-metre run-up and a 15-metre finish.
- Under 14: There will be 8 hurdles, each 68.6cm high, spaced 8 metres apart, with a 12-metre run-up and a 12-metre finish.
