Individual Changes after ORS Closing Dates

In accordance with our rules, changes are allowed to be made AFTER the ORS closing dates in certain circumstances. It is important to use THIS form for making any changes/withdrawals. We cannot accept emails/whatsapps or texts and any changes sent that way will neither be acknowledged nor accepted. This is to ensure effective planning for all our events, the associated scheduling, the programme and any results supplement.
What you CAN do:
What you CAN'T do:
- change the names of individual winners (ie: if the first place qualifier is unavailable, second place can go in their stead)
- make spelling corrections
- make us aware of withdrawals or cancellations in advance
- you can change the names of panel members on a team ONLY IF A VALID reason accompanies it and it is received 48 hours in advance
What you CAN'T do:
- you cannot add to a panel after the closing date - so please ensure you fill the panel with substitutes from the beginning
- you cannot change an Area or County name
IMPORTANT Once you are aware of a change as County Secretary you should let us know immediately via this form. While we do allow changes up to 48 hours before the day of the event, any changes made too close to the event will mean that those changes may not be reflected in the programme or the official results.
