Munster Bye-Law
Rule
Duel Players Qualifying for Munster Provincial Finals That in relation to participating at a particular Munster Final’s Weekend, that a competitor may only take part with one team.
The decision will be taken at area level and forwarded to the county secretary of which event the competitor will take part in.
The county secretary will notified the provincial secretary who in turn will advise all relevant personal of the decision.
If the team which a participant opted to compete with is defeated at provincial and the other team wins provincial the defeated participant will be eligible to compete at the National Finals with the winning team.

County Events. Participation.
· 2 competitors from each affiliated Area allowed to go forward in all individual events, with the exception of Model making and Gymnastics where 4 competitors are allowed from every affiliated area.
· 2 Teams from each affiliated Area allowed in all Team events.
Track & Field Events.
County only events. Under 6 60 m Boys & Girls.
Special needs 60m, no upper age limit.
Swimming
Special Needs 25m Freestyle, no upper age limit.
Cross Country & MDR Events.
Boys& Girls Under 8, 9, 10 500m.
Role of President.
Rotating role.
Period: 3 years.

Clare Community Games 2024
- ALL entries must be entered in the ORS. Entries will NOT be accepted on Email, Text or Whatsapp, Etc.
- No late entries will be accepted, No exceptions. A late entry is one entered on ORS after the ORS closing date. These will appear as “unauthorised” on ORS. These entries will not be allowed to participate in the competition. Note, the ORS Closing date is 14 days prior to the event start date. There may be multiple days of Competition or changes to timetables, announced when the number of entries is known after ORS cut-off.
- Team Games at County
- Only TWO replacements to the names listed on the ORS authorised panel list, will be allowed before sign-in. Once the game has commenced no further changes will be allowed. At Provincial and National events, the National procedure will be followed.
- No additional participants are allowed to the ORS authorised panel list, as these constitute late entries see byelaw 2 above.
- Individual events at County.
- Replacements of either or both of the 2 Area individuals will be allowed to the ORS authorised list at cut-off, but must be notified to County Registrar and County Secretary at least 48 hours before the date of the event start, by the Area Secretary on the Community Games Email. These replacements can only made ONCE, NOT multiple times. NO replacements (no exceptions) will be accepted after the 48 hour deadline so there will be NO replacements accepted on the day of the event.
- No additional participants will be allowed to the ORS authorised list at cut-off, as these constitute late entries see byelaw 2 above.
- County Event delayed. If an event is delayed for more than 5(five) days, the closing date will be extended to 14 days prior to the new event date. If less than 5 days and the ORS closing date has passed, the original ORS closing date remains.
- All communications must be done through the Area Secretary. The Community Games Email must be used by Area Secretaries in all cases.
